Services
I work project-by-project and as an ongoing partner. Here's where I can help.
01
From first impression to final print.
I've been designing professionally for 30 years — logos, infographics, book layouts, posters, event materials, print ads, presentations, and more. I understand how files go from screen to press and back again. I work in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, and I've designed for clients ranging from Stanford Medicine to the Department of Defense to local faith-based organizations.
Good for: Organizations that need design work done right and on deadline.
02
Clear message. Right channel. Measurable results.
I use the StoryBrand framework to help organizations find their message — and then I build the campaigns to deliver it. My background spans digital, print, direct mail, email, SEO, social media, and events. At All Copy Products I ran over 100 trackable multi-channel campaigns over five years, tracked to the dollar.
Good for: Organizations that have a mission but struggle to communicate it or attract the right people.
03
Systems that actually get used.
I set up Google Workspace for two nonprofits — not just email, but financial processing workflows, marketing automation, podcast production pipelines, and volunteer management for events. I've implemented PrintMIS and Web-to-Print systems that saved clients over $100K per year. I understand how technology serves people, not the other way around.
Good for: Organizations running on workarounds and manual processes that need real infrastructure.
04
Built to work, not just to look good.
I've built websites with WordPress and WooCommerce, designed site experiences for DoD software platforms, and managed web properties for multiple organizations simultaneously. I approach web projects with a marketing mindset — the site has a job to do.
Good for: Organizations whose website hasn't been updated since 2018.
05
From manuscript to press-ready.
I've worked on an 867-page medical reference book, bought print for a major publisher, managed production pipelines for a global missionary organization, and spent eight years in the prepress department of a Christian publishing house. I know how publications actually get made.
Good for: Organizations producing books, newsletters, bulletins, or other print materials.
Project
One deliverable, defined scope, clear deadline. Logo, campaign, website, event materials.
Ongoing Most common
Monthly retainer. A consistent creative and strategic partner without the full-time hire.
Consultation
A focused session to figure out what you actually need. Good first step if you're not sure where to start.
